Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReviewAlert ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewAlert provides online reputation management services, including but not limited to:

  • Review monitoring and collection from multiple platforms
  • AI-powered sentiment analysis and insights
  • Review response generation
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Notification and alert systems

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered through various subscription plans. Details of each plan, including pricing and features, are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other systems
  • Post fake reviews or manipulate review data
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReviewAlert and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, and display such content to provide and improve the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, etc.) to collect and display review data. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWALERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewAlert, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReviewAlert operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
